Regulating through the breath
Breathwork & HypnoBreath™
Guided breathing practices — including the signature HypnoBreath™ blend of breathwork and hypnosis — to calm the nervous system and open deeper states of clarity.
The approach
What it is
The breath is the fastest lever we have on the nervous system. Guided breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to shift you out of stress physiology and into a state where the body can settle and the mind can open.
HypnoBreath™ is Dr. Verena's signature blend: conscious breathing woven together with hypnotic guidance, so the body relaxes while the subconscious becomes more receptive to change.
The experience
What a session involves
- A brief check-in on what you are carrying and what you would like from the session.
- Guided breathing sequences, paced to your comfort, with music and verbal guidance.
- For HypnoBreath™, the breathing deepens into hypnotic suggestion and imagery.
- A slow return, grounding, and a short reflection on what surfaced.
Where it helps
What it may support
- Calming anxiety and a racing mind in the moment
- Building a daily regulation practice you can use anywhere
- Accessing deeper emotional clarity and release
- Preparing for sleep, focus, or difficult conversations
Breathwork meets you exactly where your physiology is — no prior experience, belief, or vocabulary required. HypnoBreath™ then carries that openness into subconscious work in a single session.
Good to know
Safety & care
- Breathwork is a wellness practice, not a medical treatment.
- Deeper breathing patterns can bring strong physical or emotional sensations; we pace everything to you, and gentler options are always available.
- Please mention pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or recent surgery before we begin so the practice can be adapted.

- What does HypnoBreath™ feel like?
- Most people describe a wave of physical calm followed by unusual mental clarity — like the quiet after a long exhale.
- Can I use these techniques on my own?
- Yes. You'll leave with simple patterns you can practice whenever you need to settle yourself.
