What we collect
When you register for a workshop, book a session, or join a membership, we collect the details you provide — such as your first name and email address — and basic information about how you found us (for example, a campaign link). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you signed up for: confirmations, reminders, joining links, and membership access. If you separately opt in to ongoing emails, we may also send occasional resources and invitations. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Site analytics are anonymous and never include your name or email address.
Who can see it
Your registration details are visible only to Dr. Verena Young and the service providers who help us run the site and send email, under strict access controls.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing drverena@resetmejourney.com.
